Located in the hamlet of Lucy on the main stem of the Oise at the site of an old mill whose existence is attested since the eleventh century as a dependency of the Abbey St Nicolas des Pres, the current Mill Lucy is in this part of the Valley of the Oise, the last of the flour mills of the nineteenth century to have survived the ravages of the war 14 - 18.
